Terms of Service

Please read these terms before using Vervict. Vervict is operated by Donation Depot LLC.

1. What Vervict provides

Vervict provides informational purchase and resale decision support. It helps you consider whether an item is worth buying, for personal use or for resale, using market information and the details you provide.

2. Results are estimates, not guarantees

Market research, market values, estimated resale values, expected profit, ROI, Target Buy, Maximum Buy, deal ratings and guidance are estimates. They are not guarantees or promises of any outcome, price or profit.

Actual outcomes can differ for many reasons, including item condition, completeness, authenticity, changes in the market, selling fees, shipping costs, taxes, platform rules, timing and buyer demand.

3. Your decisions are your own

You remain solely responsible for your own purchasing, selling, pricing and financial decisions, and for complying with the rules of any marketplace, auction or store you buy from or sell on. Vervict does not provide financial, tax, legal or investment advice.

4. Your account

You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.

5. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the service. That includes attempting to access other users’ data, interfering with or overloading the service, reverse engineering it, scraping or reselling its output as your own data product, or using it for unlawful purposes.

6. Subscriptions and billing

Access to paid features depends on the plan you select. Subscription pricing, allowances and included features are described on the Plans page and are billed through Stripe on a recurring basis until canceled.

Cancellation stops future renewal as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

7. Changes to the service

Vervict is actively developed. Features, allowances and plans may change over time. We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms.

8. Suspension and termination

You may stop using Vervict at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms, is used unlawfully, or creates risk for the service or other users.

9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Vervict is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law, including any warranty of accuracy, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vervict and Donation Depot LLC are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits or lost business, arising from your use of the service. Where liability cannot be excluded, total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim.
