Refund & Cancellation Policy

You may cancel a Vervict subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals, so you will not be billed for another period after the cancellation takes effect.

You can manage or cancel your subscription from the billing management available in your Vervict account on the Plans page.

Unless stated otherwise, access generally continues through the end of the billing period you have already paid for. After that period ends, the account returns to the free experience.

If you cancel during a free trial, the trial simply ends and no subscription charge is made.

If you believe you were billed in error, or you would like a refund considered, email support@vervict.com with the email address on your account and a short description of the issue.

Refund requests are reviewed individually based on the circumstances. Submitting a request does not automatically guarantee a refund, and refunds are not issued automatically for unused time on a paid period.

Subscription payments are processed by Stripe. Any refund that is approved is returned through Stripe to the original payment method, and the time it takes to appear depends on your bank or card issuer.
