Privacy Policy

• Account information, such as your email address and sign-in details.
• Information you submit for an evaluation, including item details and prices.
• Product descriptions, listing text and pricing you provide.
• Photos you submit to the Deal Assistant for an evaluation.
• Evaluations you explicitly choose to save.
• Tracker and inventory information, when you use those features.
• Usage information about how much of your plan’s allowance you have used.
• Subscription and account status information.

Photos you submit to the Deal Assistant are used to interpret the item for that evaluation. They are handled as temporary evaluation input and are not automatically kept as a permanent photo library in your account.

We use the information above to operate Vervict: to interpret what you are evaluating, gather market context, produce guidance and economics, apply your plan’s allowances, keep your saved evaluations and tracker records, support your account, and secure and improve the service.

Payment information is processed by Stripe. Vervict does not store your full payment-card number. We keep only the subscription and customer references needed to know which plan your account is on.

Vervict relies on service providers to operate — for example hosting, database and authentication infrastructure, payment processing, and the AI and market-research services used to evaluate items. These providers process information only as necessary to provide their part of the service.

We do not sell your personal information.

Account information, saved evaluations, tracker records and usage records are kept while your account is active and for as long as needed to operate the service and meet legal or accounting obligations. You can ask us to delete your account information by emailing us.

Access to your data is restricted to your own account through authentication and database-level access rules. No service can promise perfect security, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.
